Dmitriy is originally from Ukraine, he started his dancing carrier at the age of 8, and started teaching at age of 16. Later, he became a member of the International Dance Sport Federation (IDSF) and, in 2009, a judge of the Ukrainian Federation of Ballroom DanceSport. Dmitriy is a champion of many national and finalist of international competitions in Latin and European programs. He represented Ukraine at many European and World championships where he won numerous awards and was acclaimed as the best of the six final couples. In 2011 Dmitriy became a champion of International competition “Sea Fantasy-2011” in European program.
